 Welcome to the XR4Register website

The XR4Register at the Classic Motor Show, NEC - 11th - 13th November 2011

This was our 3rd year at the NEC Classic Car Show and this year we decided to do the theme which was Family. We decided to do the family tree of Sierra XR, starting with the XR4i, Merkur, XR6, XR8, XR4x4 and finishing with the aftermarket models from Turbo Technics, Janspeed and Power Engineering. I managed to do a very good deal with a display company who lent use the display boards and we had a TV there showing DVD's of XR's racing and showing TV ads of the XR's.

The four cars on the stand were Bhav's XR8, Ross's Supercharged XR4x4, Max's XR4i and my XR4x4 TT. The whole XR range was well represented well by the XROC, Fiesta Club, SuperSport Register and of course ourselves.

The show this year was the biggest it has ever been and really needs a full day to be seen. Next year we are trying to get a stand big enough for 6 cars as we will be celebrating 30 years of the Sierra.

Well thats the last show of the year. It has been a good year for shows even though several of our cars have been off the road this year. Hopefully next year we will be back to full strength. See you in the new year.
