The XR4 Register at Town & Country 2004

This Years theming was TV Comedy Programmes Past & Present. We decided to go with 'The Thin Blue Line'. Back Drops were painted, a huge cop helmet was made up c/o Gengis, a Gatso was sculptured by JB, as he spent many a sleepless night measuring them up!. Thanks to all those that helped in whatever capacity.

Well what can we say about the weather?, showers which were followed by blue sky and sun, the weather just wouldnt make its mind up. Best not mention the wind which was constantly trying to destroy our back drops, lifting the gazebo up and bending our flagpole!. The temperature was decidedly cold, as Caz will vouch for after spending the night in the tent!!

David Ashmore came 2nd in the 'Standard Sports Car' category for his Class. Thanks to all those that turned up and good to see our newest member: Paul Taylor braving the Motley crew. It was also good to catch up with Les Gent who still had the obligatory shades and standard issue shorts!, some things never change.
