The XR4Register at Classic Ford Show - Sun 6th June 2010

The Classic Ford Show is always a good crowd pleaser and this year was no exception. Unlike previous years the weather was not quite what we were all expecting, but none the less we all arrived in shorts ready for a good show.

We had a good gathering of XR dudes on the stand displaying a range of XRs from 4x4 , 4i and not forgetting the XR8 to which we had two on our stand. Many thanks to all who attended this show and braved the weather, we thought it would be a scorcher but it turned out to be the reverse. None the less it kept dry till the end of the show and then the heavens opened for a brief shower. All in all a good day was had by all.

Gengis was as ever biting at the bit to take on the 1/4 mile strip to push his XR to the next level, not content with 4 runs he went back for more. He was also joined down the straight by the two XR8's who battled it out down the strip.

1/4 mile times received
Gengis (Click for Driver Profile) = 13.01 Secs
