The XR4 Register at Sporting Escorts Show, Stanford Hall 11th July 2004

Stanford Hall, is a chilled out event for us (Caz & Bhav) as its the only show where the committee can relax once in a year!, and what a day it turned out to be!

Sporting Escorts set up an inter club challenge with some games including; potato and spoon race, sack race, various activities with balloons and not forgetting the tug of war!

So this year, Caz & Bhav decided to enter a few of the motley crew to give the Sporting Escorts + other visiting clubs a run for their money.

Well done to all of you for winning the tug of war event (Pete, Ross, Pikey, Kev, Alex & David A), our boys had pat pending 4x4 trainers!. Traction control next year lads !!! Overall we came joint second. The reward for their efforts was the BBQ food & beer later. Well done boys but there's a catch! Early training next year & no slacking!

David Ashmore received 'Best Visiting Club Car Runner up 2nd year in a row! Also thanks to everyone that turned up, we had a good turnout of cars and we even managed to get the marquee up without the need of the instructions.

Time for a laugh
