Date : TBC
Time : TBC
Location : TBC

Dear Member

We would firstly like to thank you for your support and your loyalty to the XR4 Register throughout the previous season. We hope to see you all in season 2012.

Please contact Bhav if you are interested in attending so we can gauge numbers and also advise you of address details.

As it's the start of another season, its that time of year to hold our annual AGM and to review the past 2011 season. This is your chance as a member to highlight any changes or improvements you would like to see for the XR4 Register. Even if you can not attend the event you can always send us an email via the comments page on the website or contact Bhav, Caz direct with your views. These will all be presented at the AGM on your behalf.

If you would like to offer your services to any of the jobs within the Register please by all means put your name forward, help is always appreciated.

Remember this is your club and in order to keep the register floating we need your input. This is your chance to improve, discuss new ideas, change anything within the Register.

Look forward to seeing you soon
