The XR4Register at the National Restoration Show 2003
After a slight cock up by the organisers, our plan of having 2 working car projects on the stand shrank into having 1 car on a smaller stand. Ross's car was unable to make it to the show so Bhav's car kindly stepped in. With help from Ross and Tommy, we were still able to have a practical/mechanical demonstration for the public.
Information was to hand on Superchargers and Turbochargers for all those who visited our stand, as they were intrigued to actually see a Sprintex Supercharger and all the parts needed to convert a standard 2.8 4x4 into a Supercharged Fire Breathing Monster. However Ross & Tommy would have much preferred playing with bits of wood and matches no doubt.
Thanks to all those who turned up, those of you who requested tickets and for whatever reason were unable to attend the show, Caz will catch up with you for payment.
We also have a new addition to the XR4 Register merchandise, as modelled here by Ross, Tommy & Bhav. These fire resistant overalls as 'tested & approved' by Tommy are available in various sizes from £15 each.
