 Welcome to the XR4Register website

The XR4Register at the RS Central Regional Day 23rd April 2006

Well, with the weather being so nice for our rolling road day yesterday (Sat) we were all hoping that Santa Pod would be kind to us so we would not have to name it back to its forma glory of 2004 as Santa Pond. The rain held off till the end of the afternoon but through the gloomy and threatening clouds the track was in full use so lots of action to see including 2 runs of the Fire Force Jet, which certainly warmed us all up as it blasted past us.

With a couple of casualties from Sat (Rolling Road) and one who i wont name and shame by saying he was too tired & needed sleep ........... well ok then........ it was Gengis in need of his bed, but our stand still had 8 cars so was a good turnout. Thanks to everyone for attending even if you were XR-less for the day.

Grudge Match

There was a battle between John and Al who were fighting it out down the strip to see who could get the best 1/4 mile time. It was a very close shave and considering both cars are a bit ill. The results are below.
